These third parties operate independently and their transactions are governed by their own terms and conditions.
SearchCashback does not control:
• Merchant eligibility rules
• Tracking technologies
• Cashback approval processes
• Payout timing
Referral Bonus Sharing
From time to time SearchCashback may receive referral commissions or bonuses from partner cashback sites.
Where stated, SearchCashback may share a portion of these referral bonuses with the referring user.
Payments to users are conditional on:
• SearchCashback receiving the referral payment
• The referral being validated by the third-party partner
• The user complying with all eligibility requirements
No Guarantee of Cashback
SearchCashback does not guarantee that cashback, bonuses, or referral payments will be earned or approved.
Cashback may be declined due to factors including but not limited to:
• Existing user status at a partner site
• Invalid referral tracking
• Use of other referral links or coupons
• Merchant exclusions or promotional restrictions
• Suspected fraud or abuse
5. Bonus Payments to Users
Where SearchCashback distributes referral bonus payments:
• Payments may be made via PayPal or other nominated payment methods
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply
• Payment processing times may vary
SearchCashback reserves the right to delay, reverse, or cancel bonuses where fraud, abuse, or incorrect tracking is detected.
6. Anti-Fraud and Multi-Account Policy
SearchCashback strictly prohibits fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate referral programs, cashback offers, or promotional bonuses.
Users may not create multiple accounts, fake identities, or use automated methods to generate referrals or bonuses.
SearchCashback reserves the right to:
• investigate suspicious activity
• suspend or terminate accounts
• cancel pending or confirmed bonuses
• reverse previously issued payments
if we reasonably believe fraud, abuse, or manipulation has occurred.
SearchCashback may use automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious activity.
7. Self-Referral Prohibition
Users are not permitted to refer themselves to third-party cashback platforms through SearchCashback.
This includes but is not limited to:
• creating multiple accounts
• registering accounts under different email addresses
• referring household members solely for the purpose of generating bonuses
• attempting to receive both sides of a referral incentive
Where self-referral or referral manipulation is detected, SearchCashback reserves the right to:
• cancel associated bonuses
• suspend accounts
• permanently terminate participation in the platform.
8. Partner Cashback Site Payment Requirement
Referral bonuses or incentives offered by SearchCashback are conditional upon SearchCashback receiving payment from the partner cashback site or merchant.
If a partner cashback platform:
• declines a referral
• rejects a commission
• reverses a transaction
• fails to pay SearchCashback
then SearchCashback is not obligated to pay the associated bonus or incentive to the user.
SearchCashback reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reverse any bonus where the corresponding partner payment has not been received.
9. Referral Program Abuse
SearchCashback may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in referral program abuse.
Referral abuse includes but is not limited to:
• manipulating referral tracking systems
• exploiting technical errors or loopholes
• posting referral links in violation of third-party platform rules
• encouraging fraudulent or ineligible sign-ups
• using bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate referrals
Where abuse is detected, SearchCashback reserves the right to:
• invalidate associated bonuses
• remove earnings from user accounts
• terminate access to the platform without notice.
10. Taxes and Financial Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining whether any cashback, referral bonuses, or incentives received from SearchCashback constitute taxable income under their local tax laws.
SearchCashback does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on payments made to users unless required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes relating to payments received from SearchCashback.
11. Third-Party Websites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.
SearchCashback is not responsible for:
• the content of third-party websites
• their privacy policies
• their terms and conditions
• any transactions you conduct with them
